Terms and Conditions

1. We reserve the right to reject sites that contain inappropriate material, webpages that auto download dialers to surfers, webpages that alter a surfers computer and sites we feel do not belong in our search engine.

2. Any and ALL webpages submitted MUST have one of our 120x60 pixel banners placed on it. Scroll down to the bottom of this page to get a banner. NOTE: DO NOT HOTLINK BANNER. Download it to your server and serve it from there. Our robots will scan your webpage and notify us if the banner is not there. If the banner and link to our website http://www.247pornsearch.com is not found your page will be not be added to our database. Multiple violations and we will, in all fairness, permanently block your IP(s) from submitting again. Remember that link populatity helps both YOU and US.

3. We will spider your webpage within 72 hours usually unless we are just totally bombarded with submissions. It could take as long as 2 weeks but we will do it as fast as possible. :-) Your banner must be in place when our bot visits.

You can have as many exit consoles, popups, popunders as you wish...other than that, PLEASE don't mess with the settings of the surfers computer. YOU WILL BE DELETED AND BANNED IF YOU ARE CAUGHT...AND, OUR BOTS WILL CATCH YOU.

5. We will be totally fair and honest in listing sites....but, we reserve the right to delete any sites at any time without notification if we deem there is a violation of the rules. We reserve the right to modify the rules as seen fit if we encounter problematic sites. We are easy to get along with....just don't try to figure angles to beat the system.

6. Your site will remain in the search engine unless you request its removal and/or it is removed for violations or is reported as a dead link. If there is a violation we will notify you via e-mail to correct the violation immediately or your link will be deleted.

7. We are not responsible for server downtimes or internet faults due to routers and/or servers.

8. Our administration and owners have sole rights for this search engine and any decisions made are final.
